What to include
Your login email, which integration (Zoom, Meet, Teams, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, Encompass), and what you expected vs. what happened.
Billing & plans
For invoices, cancellations, or plan changes, email support with “Billing” in the subject. Paid plans are handled via Stripe.
