Privacy Policy

Lendwave (“Lendwave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the sunfield.ai website and related services: an AI meeting agent built for mortgage loan officers and lending teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Lendwave is designed for professional lending workflows — joining meetings, drafting mortgage-aware notes and tasks, and writing to CRM or LOS systems after you approve. It is not a consumer lending marketplace and is not intended for children under 16.

Account & profile. When you sign up or sign in (including via Google OAuth), we collect identifiers such as name, email address, organization or desk name, and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.

Meeting content. If you connect Zoom, Google Meet / Google Calendar, or Microsoft Teams and invite Lendwave to a call, we may process meeting metadata (time, participants, calendar event details) and audio, transcript, or related content you authorize so we can draft notes, summaries, and follow-ups. You control which meetings the agent joins.

CRM / LOS data. When you connect Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, Encompass, or another approved connector, we access contact, deal, and file fields needed to sync approved notes and tasks. We do not push changes to your CRM or LOS until you review and approve in Lendwave (unless you explicitly configure otherwise in a future setting).

Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (plan, status, customer id, invoices). Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on Lendwave servers.

Support & communications. Messages you send to support@sunfieldapp.com or through the site, plus demo or sales inquiries.

Usage & device data. Logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps, used for security, reliability, and product improvement.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the meeting agent and integrations.
• Authenticate you and secure accounts and OAuth connections.
• Generate drafts you can review before CRM / LOS write-back.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and customer support.
• Detect abuse, debug outages, and meet legal obligations.
• Communicate product updates and service notices (you can opt out of non-essential marketing).

Connecting Google, Zoom, Microsoft, Stripe, or a CRM/LOS grants Lendwave access only for the scopes you authorize. Tokens are stored securely and used to call those APIs on your behalf. You can revoke access in the third-party provider’s security settings and disconnect integrations in Lendwave. Third parties process data under their own privacy policies.

Meeting and related content may be processed by AI models (operated by Lendwave or subprocessors) to produce drafts. We do not sell your meeting content. We instruct providers not to use customer content to train public models where the contract allows that restriction. Do not rely on drafts as a substitute for your professional judgment or compliance review.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, and load balancing. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the marketing site and product are used. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or core features from working.

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Service providers (hosting, auth, email, AI inference, analytics, Stripe) under contractual confidentiality and processing terms.
• Integrations you connect (Zoom, Google, Teams, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, Encompass, etc.).
• Legal & safety when required by law, to protect rights and users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where appropriate).

We do not sell personal information.

We retain account, meeting, and sync data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal retention requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to legal holds and backup cycles.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices for production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and report suspected incidents promptly.

• Update profile and disconnect integrations in the product.
• Revoke OAuth access at Google, Zoom, Microsoft, or your CRM.
• Email support@sunfieldapp.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to ask privacy questions.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes those laws require.

Lendwave may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-product notice.
